Reviewed Marinated Vegetable Salad

Everyone in my house absolutely loved this recipe! I replaced the 1/2 cup of olive oil with vegetable stock and just a touch of olive oil. I also replaced the sugar with Truvia, to make this a VERY healthy salad! The tastes melded well together and with 2 hours of marinating time, the vegetables tasted amazing.
