Reviewed German Cheddar and Beer Fondue
"Delicious. I made it for my family for the past five consecutive holidays, and it tis now a family tradition. P.S., add a little extra wine (abt. 2 tbl) for a creamier consistency.
I can not stop myself from learning more about cooking and wine! My passion for culinary arts found me the love of my life! I look forward to every day, coming home and cooking something new or putting a twist on something old. The kitchen is my favorite place to be. I need curry like a kid needs a pizza. Red curry to be exact. I like it spicy but sometimes want it spicier than I can actually handle. I love Indian masala. Curry and Masala are my new adult substitutes for pasta and pizza. My kids would say my best dish is my Butter Chicken. I think it's because it doesn't have any muss or fuss about it and that is why they like it. I like it because it is easy and comforting and goes with any vegetable or great for grown ups on salads. My favorite restaurant... hands down no doubt APOLLON in Appleton, WI. Skip over any other place in the state and just eat at that restaurant. The steak, the lamb tenderloin, the shrimp. God love the owner and executive chef Stav who is a genious and who will make sure your experience is one that will transport you to food heaven or to Greece. Which ever comes first. Maybe Greece is on the way to food heaven?
