Reviewed Slow-Cooker Brisket Sandwiches

This recipe has WAYYYYYYY to much dijon mustard. My recommendation is cut the mustard back to a tablespoon or 2, add some honey or bump up the brown sugar. I don't think the beer really adds anything. I will not be making this again, especially with the cost of the brisket."
