For Kitten 44 and anyone else, Ree has never claimed to be a Professional chef. In fact on one of her episodes she made it clear she is a home cook. Also someone mentioned she lives on a farm. She lives on a ranch. There is a big difference. Farming and Ranching are 2 different things. look it up!

If I make this again, it would require more seasoning and less broth. The recipe called for 4 cups and I had to make a mixture of water and more flour to thicken up the sauce. Otherwise it would have been like soup. Rachel Ray has a recipe for this. I think I'll try hers next time.

I didn't really like it as it was written. Not enough time built in the recipe for the chicken to cook till tender. I ended up turning it into one of rachel's "stoups". I had to take the chicken out and cook it in a little chiken broth until tender, then added it back with some of the broth to the vegetables. I added a little white wine and it tas"
