My Activity

Reviewed White Lasagna with Spicy Turkey Sausage and 'Shrooms

"Really Tasty!!! The combo of flavors is real nice. I did not cut the zucchini on the bias but instead used a mandoline for thin even coins. Perfectly cooked. Whole family is stuffed. Thanks Guy!!!"

Reviewed Risotto Croquettes: Arancini Di Riso

"Absolutely wonderful! These are going to be my go to appetizer. So easy to prepare. Made them in advance and fried them when everyone arrived.""

Reviewed Cheeseburger Mac Attack

"Just had this for dinner. WONDERFUL! I'm on weight watchers and it's only 5 P+ and definately worth it. I would cook the pasta even less then 1/2 to keep it a little firmer but otherwise, flavors are great. My daughter who hates vegetables didn't even know it was cauliflower.""

Reviewed Fettuccine Hungry Girlfredo

"I am on Weight Watchers and am missing my pasta fix. Made this for lunch today and I have found my new favorite "noodle." I added rotisserie chicken and steamed broccoli and it was great!""

Reviewed Beer-Braised Chicken

"Great comfort food recipe. I also added more potatoes, carrots, and I substituted turkey bacon. At the end, I also thickened the gravy at the end with alittle flour. Was great! Next time...and there will be a next time...I will add more onions and cube the chicken.
