“Had a brisket in my freezer and didn't know what to do with it. Happened to see the episode when Ina cooked this and had to try it.
This is OUTSTANDING!!! Cooking time was right on and the gravy is a wonderful finishing touch. Agree with joa1951, next time I will use a little less pepper
