Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

I was skeptical about this cooking method but I followed the directions to the letter and it came out perfect! Moist on the inside and crusty on the outside. I used only about 2 tablespoons of the house seasoning so it wouldn't be too salty (and I like salty). Great!

I too have made this for years. Seems like Paula's recipe is a little dry so take the other comments to heart. One caveat: NEVER try to microwave these to reheat them. They will turn out golf ball-hard!"
