Reviewed Spanish Caesar with Chickpea Croutons
"Great twist on Caesar Salad. Love the chick pea croutons, but they needed to be a bit more crunchy.
So I adjusted this a tad.
Dressing: A tinsy less jalapeno, a lot more anchovy and garlic, no cumin.
