About Me
im a harley mechanic, gamer, cat owner, SCA participant, and kitchen tinkerer. The old programs (Good Eats, Japanese Iron Chef, Malto Mario, East Meets West, Two Fat Ladies) on the Food Network inspired me to start cooking more and changing things up. Now i most enjoy cooking interesting stuff, only second to reapropriating left-overs into a completely different offereing.
Favorite Foods
burgers, pizza, sandwiches- incl. grilled cheese sandwiches, burritos and tacos, pasta dishes, eastern noodle dishes, eastern rice dishes.
