Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

Oct 6, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

....for the perfect brunch dish. I'm making it this morning for my "baby"'s 22nd birthday because it's a favorite of his. I always cut the butter in half and increase the baking time by 10 minutes. It is an amazing dish and a little different than other baked french toast recipes I've found. Enjoy!"

Wow - I have to admit--the mayo didn't sound that appealing, but this was the best recipe ever for a holiday turkey. My family raved that it was the best they've ever had. Mayo??? Go figure."

Excellent--I made the pesto with fresh basil, and sauteed some fresh mushrooms and peppers with the meat, and cut the mozzarella in half. This is a great dish year round! ""

Reviewed Hummus For Real

A great way to make hummus - and a good tip to prepare the beans in the crock pot. One suggestion - I thought the extra virgin olive oil was a bit heavy. Next time, I'll use a lighter version to keep the taste clean.
