Reviewed prosciutto pizza with cauliflower crust

Sep 28, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Great! I made a couple of alterations. I did not have Asiago cheese, so used shredded parmesan (1/2 cup) in the dough. I also cooked the cauliflower in the microwave for 6 minutes right after shredding in the food processor, then drained it in the towel before adding the parmesan cheese, 1 egg, oregano, and salt and pepper. (Got about 1/2 cup...

Amazing Aroma and taste! Love this recipe. Bought a lean cut of meat and was somewhat concerned that it would not be tender enough, but this recipe was very tender and so great! Will make this my go to roast recipe!

Very very good soup. I made it for dinner this evening, and my whole family liked it. My husband is usually skeptical about "healthy" food, but he said this was very good. Thank you, Giada! I have been trying to incorporate Kale into our diet because it is so good for you, and this recipe was excellent! ""

This cake tasted amazing! However, I keyed the ingredients into a recipe analyzer, and oh my goodness - the cake had over 10,000 calories in it. One slice, about 1/10 of the cake, was 1,037 calories. Geez!"

Perhaps I did not do something right because this is not a "do over". I used store bought bread crumbs, and believe 2 cups is way too much - was overwhelming. Also, I think 2 minutes is not long enough for the cauliflower to cook. Would have probably added more bacon. I won't try this again. I like cauliflower, so I will search for a different...

Reviewed Mascarpone Chocolate Toffee Bars

Very good. A few things to note: I put it in smaller pan than indicated. Would not do this next time - dough was thick. Also, forgot to use fork, so dough puffed up. It was still very good, but would do as recipe says next time. Did not have toffee bars, so used pecans in place - again, very good!
