This recipe rocks! I skipped the pastry topping as I had just purchased fresh bread. It was easy to prepare and the mustard gave a depth of flavor to the 1% milk that I cheated with. I used to add cream to my soups - now, I'm a 1% milk with mustard fan. Thanks Rachael. ""
