I agree with everybody, HANDS DOWN, the BEST baked beans around!! I used barbecue sauce instead of ketchup and chopped taco meat in place of the skirt. Have it with corn bread or dark brown bread, and you have a WOWSER meal!""

A perfect recipe for it's genre...nutritious, fast, and tasty. Definitely a low-carb, high-fiber, protein meal--I prefer orzo for the pasta add-in, but it's also great by itelf. I didn't have to use chicken stock, just my own basic seasonings. For me, it's just right for a weight-training diet. Bravo!""

I like using a rotisserie chicken from the store for both light and dark meat--makes it even better. One of the Best Ever recipes, for sure!!"

Half the reason I don't make too many desserts is because I don't like rolling out dough and making pie crusts...this is so easy and tasty,...

For me, this turned out FABULOUS, but I'm used to making a lot of Asian recipes. I added some cream sherry to the peanut butter after mixing it w/chicken and veggies. Plus, I added a tablespoon of brown sugar to the curry mixture as a mild sweetener. Put it all together over some brown rice, and it was a sublime Thai dish! Just as good as an entree...
