"I didn't make this recipe as is but I did use it as a base recipe. I used a Boboli pizza crust instead of the whole wheat tortillas, I added Fennel to my red onion and arugula and I drizzled EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar on top of the crust as the "sauce". After I topped the crust with the caramelized onions and fennel and wilted arugula, I then added some prosciutto on top before adding my goat cheese and I baked for about 18 mins instead of 10 mins. I will add that I used no salt and no pepper either and you couldn't tell! My husband and I LOVED it!! I will definitely be making this one again and again!!"
