Recipe worked well. I used vanilla as the optional favoring and the sprinkles stuck to the outside very nicely. Dropped tablespoon sized globs onto parchment. The 2 hour "cool down" in the oven made the meringues crisp on outside and soft in the middle.

Reviewed Crostata with Mushrooms and Pancetta

I normally buy my dough due to laziness but this was very easy to make and use. I also used bacon (drained) instead of pancetta one time and it was still excellent. Nice crisp crust and cheesy mushrooms. Yum""

Reviewed Pork and Ginger Pot Stickers

I cheated with store bought pot sticker sheets but the filling recipe is so great that no one noticed. Left overs do well in both the fridge and freezer, so make the whole batch! Made my own dipping sauce."
