This is a great recipe with a lot of flavor... I didn't theink the recipe was complicated at all. I used the crock pot instead of the oven, we shredded the beef, toasted the bread and dipped our sandwiches in the sauce. I didn't make the giardiniera or the chips. I will make this again.""
