Reviewed Maple-Glazed Pork Chops with Brussels Sprouts

It was tasty. I used 2/3 cup of maple syrup and 1/3 c bourbon. It was very nice. I probably added more ginger than called for, nonetheless, it was a nice touch. The ginger balanced the sweetness of the maple syrup. "
