I have made a version of this for over twenty years. It is kind of a go to recipe. By habit I make gallons of sauce and freeze it. I take out some sauce,mix in come cooked pasta and that can vary by what is in the pantry. I prefer Italian Cheese but have even used Mexican blend. Bake it until the chees melts.
