"All I can say is AMAZING !! I made it twice in the last 2 days !! I added a dash of cinnamon along with the sugar to the apples, then sprinkled the top of the crostata with cinnamon sugar before baking. My family and I like it just as much as an apple pie, but with 1/2 the work ! Thanks Giada !!""
