Reviewed Orange Marmalade

Haven't tried it yet, but no one in all of the recipes I used warned me that oranges/orange juice gets violent when its boiled to near caramelizing, I came close to halving the recipe as I needed other oranges for other recipes, but it still tasted great as it burned my tongue before I canned it but as I caramelized it. Very simple, very good, apparently....
