"The best ginger cookies ever. Easy, fast, delicious, wicked to keep around the house. Try two with the best vanilla ice cream in between. Dough is sticky, I just used a cookie scoop, which keeps hands non-messy. I add extra cinnamon, etc. but that's a matter of taste. "
About Me
I have been cooking pretty much all of my life. Since moving to Colorado, my baking skills learned on the east coast have no relevance. Help!
I am however quite adept at cooking cutthroat, brookie and rainbow trout.

Love all kinds of fresh local food, seafood, wild game.
Born in the south, learned the art of southern cooking from mom and grandma. Known for my butter pound cake with almond icing.
