"I made this the other night for my family. It was so quick, easy and delicious. Even my health conscience son loved it. It is a do again recipe. I sliced the pitas in half before putting them in the oven with the cheese. It made them easy to fold...we ate them like tacos. Such a quick and easy dinner on a summer night! Thanks!"
