Reviewed Italian Sausage and Egg Bake

Just made this for Christmas Eve breakfast. Toasted left over french bread is garlic olive oil, used some amazing Sandy River Farms Port sausage in Virginia, cooked the onions and chopped baby spinach in butter separate from the sausage for one of my guests. I didn't have any dried tomatoes so just diced up a big beefsteak. It was a hit! Thanks!!!"
