"These cupcakes were great. The cupcakes are very moist but the 18 minutes cooking time is too long. I cooked the cupcakes for 16 minutes and any longer would have dried the cupcakes. Tip: Over mixing is not good for cupcakes. The cupcakes texture was great, fluffy and moist. The icing was excellent."

I LOVE TO COOK but I'M NOT A BAKER BUT I WOULD TO ACHIEVE BAKING. I'VE BEEN IN THE KITCHEN SINCE I WAS 8 YEARS OLD. BUT I DON'T LIKE PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN WITH ME UNLESS I'M GIVING DEMANDS. THIS COMES FROM MY GRANDMOTHER WHO WAS A CATERER FROM HER HOME AND SHE SAT IN THE DINING ROOM GIVING ORDERS AND WE WERE IN SEPERATE AREA OF THE KITCHEN WORKING. I DID NOT GO TO CULINARY SCHOOL BECAUSE I DID NOT THINK I NEED TO LEARN SOMETHING I ALREADY KNEW HOW TO DO.......HUGE REGRET. MY HUSBAND COOKS, WELL BUT I CAN'T STAND BEING IN THE KITCHEN WITH HIM.
