Reviewed Drop Biscuits
"These biscuits are delicious and easy to make!! I ended up mixing them in my large Kitchenaid mixer using the dough hook. It was way too much for my food processor to handle. I scooped them onto parchment paper using an ice cream scooper. The biscuits came out picture perfect and delicious! I would recommend cutting the recipe in half. It ended up"
Reviewed Simple Perfect Enchiladas
"Wouldn't make it again. Time consuming, had a strong oil flavor. I would NEVER use canola oil again. If you make this, use vegetable oil. Sat like a brick in your stomach. Very disappointed."
Reviewed Espresso Caramel Bars
"This recipe needs to be corrected!! 1 1/2 sticks of butter in the crust is WAY TOO MUCH!! It was felt greasy and fell apart!! I should have listened to other reviews and only use 1 stick! I ended up throwing out the first batch!!

Reviewed Tomatoes Roasted with Pesto
"OUTSTANDING!!! The recipe for the pesto is the best I've found...then add the yummy tomatoes and WOW!! Over the top delicious! I did add a slice of fresh mozzarella to each tomato over the pesto---my family was fighting over the last one!!! Very classy appetizer!! Thanks again Ina!!!""
Reviewed German Chocolate Cupcakes
"Delicious cake!! Very fluffy, milk chocolate cake--very moist!! "
Reviewed Key Lime Pie
"Yummy FROZEN key lime pie! This was a HUGE summer hit in my house! This frozen treat is refreshing and tasty. Freeze overnight for the best results. It needs to remain in the freezer until 10 minutes before serving. And yes, the center will get soft and mushy if left out too long. For the traditional key lime pie lovers this is a must!"
