"Really nice change up for green beans. Flavors were mild and blended very well together. Will definitely make again. Next time I think I'll add some nuts too.""

Reviewed Quinoa Pilaf with Pine Nuts

"Great for a pretty basic quinoa recipe. Will surely make again and try some additions. I used tri-color quinoa and one whole sweet onion. (only bcuz I got distracted and plopped the whole thing in instead of 1/2 No harm done. I just cooked them till they were nice and caramelized. I also substituted almonds and basil for pine nuts and parsley. (""

"I RARELY bake. But this sounded too good to pass up. I baked it in my bundt pan which was perfect. Followed directions as indicated. Super moist and delicious! Not too sweet. Giada, you rock and so do your recipes."

Reviewed Parker House Rolls

"Can't believe these turned out so well for me on the first try. My family Loves yeast rolls but I never buy them because the store bought ones have too many "nasty" ingredients.
I'm generally freaked out about making something like this; all the time and yeast and rising and temperature specifications, etc... but these directions were simple so I gave it a try for Thxgiving. I kept saying, "I'm going to be so psyched if these actually turn out!" And they did! EVERYONE LOVED them! Followed directions exactly using all organic ingredients. Trying again today using fresh ground whole wheat. Will let you know...

Reviewed Spaghetti alla Ceci

"Without a doubt you must either double the sauce or use 1/2 of the pasta! Other than that it's very easy and quick to make and makes a good vegetarian dish that doesn't seem "too vegetarian". I chopped up mushrooms with the chick peas and I think next time I might add some chopped olives also. You could easily add other veggies too. Will surely make again.
