Reviewed Jamie's Coconut Cake
"I just baked this cake for a church function…easy to make and very tasty. My first time to tackle a 7-minute icing…very easy to follow the directions. I NEED SOME INPUT…because of the sour cream filling, IS THIS CAKE SUPPOSED TO BE REFRIGERATED? I did and I do feel that has made it seem drier than it really is.
