"Excellante... was pretty easy and fast, did with the pistachio garlic mint couscous(whole wheat) and served with some edamame salad. Wonderful and quite yummy... my first middle eastern didh."

"Saw this in the magazine and ran out to buy some black rice to try this. Made almost exactly per recipe but used less than half the broth and reduced the cook time to 30 minutes or so...I l like the rice quite firm and al'dente. Very yummy!!!
"WOW! this is awesome... and pretty easy to make. I've not used fennel bulbs before and I love the taste/texture. A tip if you've not prepared fennel bulbs before: the first fennel bulbs I got were pretty old and tough and I had not read up on how to prepare them and had left the center core in as well as some of the tough outer layers. The next batch were quite fresh and young and tender, so I only had to cut out the center core. I made this for dinner party along with some homemade ravioli's and it receive rave reviews by all.
