"Review Part II
Well the chocolate melted completely, and it was quite soft texture. It was also a little sweet for me,that may be becuase of the cocoa changeout I made?
I don't think it would make a difference if chocolate had been chopped smaller?
But the recipe seems correct for flour."

"Review Part I
I was a little nervous about making this recipe, and it dawned on me why maybe many have not reviewed.
I have lots of experience baking so I decided I really wanted to try them.
Firstly I did decide to go with exact recipe,no changes to flour.
I did however had to use a different cocoa and when I did, I used 1 cup of My Cocoa and removed 1/2 c sugar as per company instructions.
I also used 5 eggs as mine were quite small.
Anyhow I felt the butter needed to be warm a little after melting,so I made sure of that.I also made sure eggs were room temp,I did however sift together all my dry ingredients and mixed in as it says.I also made sure my chocolate was chopped to what I feel was the correct size, chunks but not too big.I guess this should not really end up melting completely, which I am assuming will add to the WOW Factor!
So far so good,25 mins and regardless of how wet they may or may not be I take out. They are now cooling and all looks good. Thankfully no Soup!"
