Reviewed Fava Bean Soup
"Delicious! First time we had fava beans and my daughter just had her 4th helping of soup. It's a little late in the season so we used dry favas and soaked them overnight then cooked them until they were al dente and then followed the recipe. We will absolutely make this again. Any recipe that has my picky "tween" daughter eating four helpings ""
