"This is at true 5 star recipe. You do not need to change a thing. It's perfect as is. Served over linguini with a nice tossed salad = you've got it made. I have made this recipe a gazillion times. You will NOT be disappointed."

Reviewed The Shrimp Cocktail

"I have never brined seafood. I have whole turkey and pork, but never seafood and thought it strange to brine shrimp. I did it anyhow and oh BOY am I glad I did. These were the BEST shrimp cocktail ever. The shrimp are amazing made this way!! Used my cocktail sauce I already had because the shrimp are the star here."

Reviewed Roasted Turkey Gravy

"Can make ahead for thanksgiving and don't have to do the last minute gravy making. I didn't use smoked wings I used the regular but added more wings for more flovor. Recipe forgets to mention that after you add the stock you are supposed to put your removed wing back in."
