Reviewed The Best Green Beans Ever

"Seen this green bean recipe this morning on Food Channel. I used canned french style green beans in place of the fresh green beans as this was what I had on hand. The flavor was great! and very easy to make. I usually keep garlic, bell peppers, onions and bacon grease on hand at all times. We enjoyed the green beans with chicken and dumplings."

Reviewed Chocolate Bread

"Sure does remind me of having a brownie! I had read a few reviews stating that they had trouble with the batter being to runny so I thought that using 1 cup of oil was way to much so I halved it to 1/2c of oil. I had no problem with the bread other than I could taste salt so next time I will cut the salt down too. I served this bread to one of my friends and she enjoyed it as well. I used milk chocolate chips as this was what I had on hand and omitted the nuts cause I don't like nuts in breads.

Reviewed Tempura Battered Onion Rings

"I've never used white rice flour but found that it is great for making a batter. We enjoyed the onion rings. The recipe called for a cup of beer but i found I had to use the whole bottle of beer to make the batter like a pancake batter, also I think the batter would be better if it had some spices like smoked paprika or seasoning salt added in.
