"This brought back many memories of my grandmother making these for us kids. As a child, I was picky about my eggs. My grandmother would scramble my eggs and add it to the bread and cook my a little longer. I made these for my kids and they ate their breakfast without asking. Thanks for the memories.""

"This was delicious. But I did find the carrots dissolved due to length of cooking. Also, I did add a thickening to the juices to make a light gravy for my mashed potatoes. I made the recipe as stated. Next time I will make it without the wine. Excellant""
"What an outstanding recipe. I did make a couple of change/additions. I didn't mash the avocado, I just diced it instead. I added some tabasco sauce which everyone in my house likes. We devoured all of it. It was fantastic. Thanks"
