My Activity

Reviewed Santa Fe Burger

"These are delicious! The flavor of the poblano and the crunch of the chips really make it special. The cheese sauce sort of got lost in the whole thing so I might try pepper jack next time. "

Reviewed Jamie's Huevos Rancheros

"This is as good or better than any huevos rancheros I've had at a restaurant. I ate it for breakfast and then again for dinner the next day because I couldn't stop thinking about it! It's THAT good!"

Reviewed Stove Top Mac-n-Cheese

"Wow. Alton really delivered. I remember in the episode he said this was so easy, quick, and yummy that you would never make the boxed stuff again. I think he's right, I'm done with the blue box!! I was a bit skeptical when I saw how runny/saucy it was but I just cooked it a bit longer and then took it off the heat to let the sauce firm up a little. And to the comment about the raw eggs...what raw eggs? I mean, they are raw when you put them in yes but then you cook everything for 3 minutes, which is plenty of time to cook eggs.

Reviewed Lemon Chicken Soup with Spaghetti

"The lemon is a tasty twist on your standard chicken noodle. Other reviewers said it was too lemony so I added the juice of 1 lemon to start and couldn't really taste it. I added another half a lemon and HELLO there it was!
