"This is great! Very much like I used to make it years ago, although I used to put the butter, oil, & garlic on before toasting -- this way is better!

As for the comment that the garlic flavor wasn't strong enough, make sure you're using fresh, unsprouted garlic -- i.e., no green stems -- AND try adding a pinch of salt to the oil and butter -- ab"
