"Very disappointing. Huge GZ fan, but this recipe just not good. Followed recipe exactly except I used ground sirloin rather than skirt steak. Sauce was thin, very oily, and very little flavor. Have made much better Bolognese just improvising. Sorry Chef Z. Still a big fan, but this recipe is not good.

"Huge disappointment. Big Alton fan. Big mac and cheese fan. Big onion fan - BUT ONION and mac and cheese DO NOT WORK TOGETHER. Followed recipe (and video) to the letter. Result was dry, not creamy enough, not cheesy enough, way too oniony - nothing close to comfort food. The whole panko topping was superfluous. I'm with Aton's son - I like b""
