Holy Flavor that was good!!! I was only able to let it marinade for 2 hours but it was soooo delicious. I used 2 tablespoons of salt, because thats what it said in the book. I would cut down the salt a little bit more next time, though. The cumin, the brown sugar, the crushed red pepper... all I can say is, "I'm one happy girl!" I will be getting "

Let me say this... My boyfriend HATES veggies... but LOVED this dish. In his words, "This is going on the list!" His mother will be so proud! I made this dish without the beans because I didnt have any. And instead of using a whole red bell pepper i used 1/2 green 1/2 red... I love red bell peppers raw. I served it aside a dry rubbed steak (Ann Bu"

Amazing flavor... I only wish i marinated it for more than 2 hours. I used flank steak because my Safeway didnt have any skirt steak... just as well, the meat was very tender. I should have left it on the grill a little longer than 8 minutes after the cross hatches were made, because it turned about a little more rare than med-rare. Anyway, great...

It was very good... I saw the show and knew what to do to not make scramble egg pasta. FYI people: low to medium fire, if you start seeing scrambled eggs, (to be safe I turned the fire down to the lowest setting) turn of the fire, but keep stirring pasta! Only thing I may have done wrong, was I salted the pasta WAAAAAY to much. I used bacon inste...

This recipe was great... no dryness if you put enough olive oil. For the chicken, I marinated it in lemon juice, salt and peppered it, and added a bit of garlic powder, then fried it in olive oil and covered it with a lid, that kept the chicken nice and juicy. I like this recipe.

I used this recipe last year at the first thanksgiving feast I prepared. Personally I've always hated stuffing and so has my boyfriend, and the rest of my family. Why no one has written a review about this cranberry salsa is beyond me! This year was my 2nd year placing this at my thanksgiving dinner table... and as expected... it was a hit. I also made regular cranberry sauce in case anyone couldn't handle the heat. I forewarned the new guests this year that one was made with jalapenos and may be spicy. Needless...
