Reviewed Cin-ful Peach Cobbler

"I was dissapointed with this recipe. The only change I made was to leave out the cramberries. I thought the topping would be crisp but instead it was gummy. The only thing that saved it was the vanilla ice cream."

I am a sculptor by profession. My husband and I love gourmet cooking. I was fortunate to take cooking classes from Simone Beck for  nine summers in the South of France as well as classes from Julia Childs. Now I am trying to incorporate healthy recipes into our gourmet dinners.
