Like others, I loved the flavor of this slaw, but a bit too salty. I would reduce the celery salt by half and omit the additional salt altogether. I served it with a very disappointing oven fried chicken recipe, so the slaw and cornbread saved the meal. I used basil instead of thyme, and the flavor was just ok. It never really browned nicely, and the bottom was soggy despite the use of the rack. Very disappointed. It paled in comparison to Bobby Flay's cole slaw and the Neely's honey cornbread. "
