"Fantastic!! A hit with the family... Thanks to the poster who said this was like a bar cookie recipe she had... I creamed 1 8oz cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 c. Granulated sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, put 1/2 the cookie batter in the pan, added the cream cheese layer, then topped with the other half of the cookie - out of this world delicious!""
