"I found this to be very tasty. For the reader with problem with creme fraiche. 1 cup heavy creme 2 Tbs butter milk in a glass container let stand 8 to 24 hours at room temperature 70 degrees until thick mix VERY WELL cover and refrigerate good for about 10 days. Butter milk 1 cup milk 1 Tbs vinegar let stand 5 minutes. I have substituted with sour cream and it was good. I hope this was helpful.
