This was so easy. The flavor with the hint of heat was just right served it for Palm Sunday dinner and everyone loved it. I doubled the sounds since I used a larger ham. I also removed the rind from most of the ham. Followed the 20 mn per pound rule at 325 and used a thermometer to about 152 interior temp. It was most as could be. "
