Yum! This is sweet and rich and delicious! I think the amount of butter is just fine. My only problem was that I made mine in a springform pan, I saw a picture of it cooked that way on another website, and it took much longer to bake. But I covered it with foil so it would burn and it turned out great! This is a perfect addition to a Thanksgi"
