About Me
I am a single mom of two incredible young men.
I have been cooking since a small child. I grew up in a very traditional Italian household. I love cooking and especially baking. I loved my childrens birthdays and creating wonderful cakes. Even now I create special cakes for their birthdays. On my eldest son's 18th birthday I made him a drumset cake (he is a muscian, he plays drums, guitar and piano) his friends loved it...it was very special.
I cook italian food mostly, but I have delved into chinese, japanese and mexican. My children still prefer Italian. They also love to cook. We love watching FN together. Our favorites are Bobby Flay and Ina..we love Ina. Giada comes in close...lol.
