"My kids love this and they eat the cauliflower. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a five is because I don't throw away the chicken stock. I'm not sure why she says to throw out the water when it call to steam the cauliflower in chicken stock. It may just be an editing problem with the recipe. Reviewed Slow-Cooker Spinach Dip
"I liked it but the others in my house didn't like the smoked cheese. So, I took it into work and people either loved it or hated it.
It was super easy to make, just dump the ingredients together and let the slow cooker do the rest. All you have to do is stir it as the spinach melts.
Next time I'll try it without the smoke. It is a sneaky way to ""
