Reviewed Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops

The crust was tasty....but olive oil and med. heat may work for some but it did not for me. For one of the chops I had left, I sprayed the pan with PAM lightly then added the oil, after it warmed up a little I added the chop and let it cook med-LOW for 5 min. the Medium High for 2 min. on each side. The crust stayed on the chop and it was cooked "
