Reviewed buffalo chicken salad

Apr 7, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Dressing was a little too sweet so next time I'll reduce the sugar. I marinated my chicken in Franks buffalo/ olive oil (equal parts) for a couple hours then just broiled them without pounding them, 5 minutes a side. Chicken was very moist.

Pretty good, but nothing special, it needs more flavor as it was a bit bland. I added garlic and made sure to season it properly. I threw in some tomatoes because we love tomatoes. The butter was a bit much, so next time I';ll cut it on half. Also, I poached 3 lbs of chicken breast, but it was way too much, so I put about half in the dish. I...

Accidentally used cream of mushroom that wasn't condensed and it came out great! I also added garlic to the onion and mushroom saute. Also, salt and taste as you go along or it comes out bland.

I only used 1lb of tuna but followed the rest of the directions to a t. We put the tuna salad over arugula with tomato and cucumber and I served it with garlic/soy sauce asparagus. Don't let it sit or the tuna will absorb the soy sauce color and lose the rare look. Top your tune with sesame seeds and you got yourself a winner dish!

I used packaged ground chicken and it was extremely juicy, I think next time I will intentionally buy non white meat. I used Trader Joes bread crumbs too. Also, about half the suggested milk was more than enough. It was excellent! "

Excellent. I have two little boys who can't really handle the spiciness of the jalapeno, so in place of it I buy diced tomatoes with green chilies. Still adds a bit of spice, but not too much. I add extra chicken breast and use it to make quesadillas to serve with the soup. Also, I crumble tortilla strips instead of grilled tortilla. This is our f"

It was tasty, but not impressive, and I followed the recipe. I'd make it again, but I'd tweak it to my family's tastes, I think the Andouille will give it that little kick. I used frozen shrimp which I boiled for 3 minutes, drained, cleaned the shells, and added to the pan with the butter/olive oil/garlic and they came out excellent. "

4 plum tomatoes was definitely not enough to be evenly distributed between 3 cups of rice. It was tasty, but not impressive, and I followed the recipe. Came out great. I used yogurt instead of sour cream and added extra beef broth to make it saucier. If I may suggest one thing: cook your noodles in chicken broth and butter. The flavor is out of this world paired with the beef."
