This was outrageously delicious! I took the advice of some other reviewers, and I removed more than half the seeds in the peppers. I have used this marinade for both flank steak and London broil, using the cumin option. It is fantastic! This is a delicious, healthy recipe that I make often. It is so simple, and leftovers are good hot or cold. I usually add a lot more kale than two cups (a large bunch or a 16 ounce prewashed package), and increase the chicken stock. Thank you, Neelys!
