Reviewed Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
"This receipe looked so good that I had t try it but as my husband doesn't like pineapple, I used apples. I changed a couple of things, I used 3/4 cup brown sugar divided between the pans, used apples instead of pineapple and added 1 1/2 teas. cinnamon to the cake dough. When I took the cake out I put the peacans on the top of each layer. No frosting needed.
