About Me
I sell insurance for a living. My agency specializes in Small Group and Individual Health Insurance.
For fun and one of my passions is cooking for my wife, daughter, and grandchildren, who live with us. If I have a pet-peeve, it would be trying a new dish that no one will even taste. Ex. Fried Calamari. It was great, but I had to eat it by myself.
Everyone has problems and cooking seems to take my mind off the problems I have. Cooking has made me a better person.
Favorite Foods
I guess my claim to fame is my Chili Mac recipe. It is the most requested dish I cook and one of my favorite to eat.
I really enjoy my Braised Beef and it is one of the kids favorite. It takes a long time to cook, so I usually cook it in the winter. It's to cold to go out, so It is better than watching TV.
My favorite restaurant is in Disney World. It is the Coral Reef. The food is wonderful, but the view of the aquarium is spectacular.
